Personal Information Agreement

I freely give my specific and informed consent to Sukup Manufacturing Co. to process my personal information. I agree that I am 18 years of age or older. The personal information stored and used may include, but is not limited to, IP address and site name.

Personal information may be used to send important notices, such as communications about purchases and changes to terms, conditions, and policies.
